Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with the Sentinel-1156 bot (the "Bot") or joining the Server 1156 Galactic Frontier Hub (the "Server"), you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by your country's laws to use Discord.
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
• Agree to comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Description of Service

Sentinel-1156 is an AI-assisted Discord bot designed to serve the Server 1156 community. It provides moderation support, game intelligence, server navigation assistance, and automated information delivery for Foundation: Galactic Frontier players.

The Bot operates within Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's limitations and policies. The Server is a community hub for the Foundation: Galactic Frontier game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the game's developers.

Community Rules — The Frontier Codex

All members of the Server must abide by the Frontier Codex. Violations are handled at moderator discretion. The following conduct will result in removal:

• Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of any member.
• Spam, flooding, or repeated identical messages.
• Doxxing or sharing personal information about any member without consent.
• Posting illegal content or material that violates Discord's Terms of Service.
• Unsolicited promotion or recruitment outside designated channels.
• Impersonating moderators, administrators, or other members.

AI-Generated Content

Sentinel-1156 uses an AI language model to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
• Responses should not be treated as authoritative game guides, legal advice, financial advice, or professional counsel of any kind.
• The operator of the Bot is not liable for decisions made based on Bot responses.
• Conversations with the Bot may be processed by the Anthropic AI API. Do not share sensitive personal information with the Bot.

Permitted Use

You may use the Bot and Server for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with the Foundation: Galactic Frontier community. You may not:

• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent Bot rate limits or moderation systems.
• Use the Bot to generate or distribute spam, misinformation, or harmful content.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer Bot responses at scale.
• Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

Termination

We reserve the right to remove any member from the Server or restrict their access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or the Frontier Codex. Removal from the Server does not constitute a right to refund of any kind, as the service is provided free of charge.

You may leave the Server or stop using the Bot at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Sentinel-1156 Bot and Server 1156 community are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or the conduct of other community members.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Sentinel-1156 and Server 1156 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot or Server.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Bot or Server following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be announced in the Server's announcements channel.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
